This document lists purchase order, invoice number, date shipped, quantity, and a brief explanation stating parts have been manufactured to the mills quality management system standard requirements. This analysis follows ASTM Guidelines for testing material composition is also tested and all results are listed according to ASTM Guidelines.

This testing requires 2 weeks for completion and the destruction of 1 of your pieces. (i.e. if you need this testing and 10 pieces, make your order for 11 pieces and allow 2 weeks for delivery)
