Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Photos are strongly recommended upon receipt of your order and prior to return shipment, particularly if a carrier claim may be required.

All return requests require prior authorization. Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused and returned to sender.

Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.


Custom-Made, Custom-Cut, and Modified Items (Final Sale)

Certain products are custom-made, custom-cut, or modified at the customer’s request and are not eligible for return.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Items cut to length or custom dimensions

  • Items with added grooves, machining, drilling, slotting, or other alterations

  • Made-to-order or customer-specified configurations

If a standard product is modified at the customer’s request, the modified variation is considered custom-made, even if the unmodified version of the same product would otherwise be eligible for return.

Custom-made, custom-cut, and modified items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, except in cases of manufacturing defect, material nonconformance, or error on our part.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item was manufactured incorrectly, damaged in transit, or found to have a material defect (such as porosity or nonconformance), please contact us promptly at sales@spadone-bearings.com.

We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Other Return Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items not in original condition or packaging, unless due to our error

  • Items damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to us

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Sale or clearance items


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@spadone-bearings.com.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged in transit, or manufactured incorrectly. Exchanges are limited to the same item or an equivalent replacement.

To request an exchange, please email sales@spadone-bearings.com before returning any item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Delivery Confirmation and Disputes

Carrier delivery confirmation to the shipping address provided at checkout constitutes delivery and fulfillment of the order.

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns regarding orders, returns, or product issues before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks initiated after confirmed delivery, without first following this policy, may be disputed using proof of fulfillment.
