Shipping policy

We ship all materials and parts via major commercial carriers, primarily UPS. Shipping charges are calculated in real time through our integrated carrier system based on actual weight and dimensional weight at checkout.

Once an order has been packed, loaded, and tendered to the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. Delivery confirmation by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout constitutes successful delivery and completion of service.

Customers may elect to use their own carrier. In such cases, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order leaves our dock.

We make reasonable efforts to secure competitive shipping rates. If we determine that freight charges were materially overestimated on larger orders, a partial freight refund may be issued at our discretion.

We ship primarily within the lower 48 United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, military APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations require prior approval. We do not ship to PO boxes.

UPS Freight may be used for oversized or palletized shipments. Customers will be notified of applicable freight charges prior to shipment.

Tracking information is automatically generated and emailed once the order ships. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
