Custom / Made-to-Order Items (Final Sale)

Products in this collection include custom-made, custom-cut, or customer-modified items that are produced or altered to order.

If a standard product is modified at the customer’s request — including but not limited to grooving, machining, drilling, slotting, or other alterations — the modified variation is considered custom-made, even if the unmodified version of the same product would otherwise be eligible for return.

Custom-made and modified items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, except in cases of manufacturing defect, material nonconformance, or damage attributable to our error.
